Ukraine has launched a series of coordinated long-range drone and missile attacks targeting Russian oil refineries, petrochemical plants, and military facilities deep inside Russia and occupied territories, including Crimea and Zaporizhzhia.
The strikes, confirmed by Ukraine's General Staff, involved the first use of domestically produced Flamingo and Bars missiles, capable of reaching targets as far as Moscow. Major Russian oil refineries in Saratov, Orsk, and Stavropol were set ablaze, disrupting operations and causing significant economic losses. Ukrainian forces also targeted ammunition depots and air defense systems, aiming to weaken Russia's military and economic capabilities.
These attacks mark a dramatic escalation in Ukraine's strategy, demonstrating its growing ability to strike far beyond the front lines.
